Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all products purchased through the Trend Cotton Hub online store at trendcottonhub.com. All returns, exchanges, refunds, and after-sales matters are handled directly by Trend Cotton Hub.

1. General Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains, unusual odors, and scratches;

• All original tags, packaging, and included accessories must be retained and in complete condition;

• The return or exchange request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the package;

• The item must not fall under any of the non-returnable categories listed below.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with promotional terms, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Cotton clothing with personalized or customized prints;

• Items clearly marked as “Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges”;

• Undergarments and other personal or hygiene-sensitive products.

3. Return Situations

3.1 Returns Due to Personal Preference

This includes situations where the customer is dissatisfied with the size, style, or color of the item.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs;

• A refund will be processed after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item and confirms that it meets the return requirements.

3.2 Incorrect Item Sent by Us

If the item you receive does not match your order, including an incorrect size, color, or style:

1. Please take clear photos of the shipping package, product tags, and the incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery;

2. Send the photos together with your order number to service@trendcottonhub.com;

3. You may choose either to receive the correct item at no additional cost or receive a full refund. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

4. Refund Situations

4.1 Package Lost in Transit

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that your package has been lost:

• Please provide the tracking number and any available documentation confirming the loss;

• You may choose between a full refund of the order amount or free reshipment of the order.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, such as tearing, damage, or significant workmanship issues:

1. Please take clear photos showing the damaged package and the defective item within 48 hours of delivery;

2. Send the relevant evidence to service@trendcottonhub.com;

3. You may choose either a full refund or a free replacement, with no additional charges.

5. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for a different size or style within 30 days of receiving the package, provided that:

• The original item meets all return eligibility requirements;

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item;

• Trend Cotton Hub will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item;

• Items listed as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for exchanges.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received by our warehouse and successfully inspected, we will initiate the refund within 3–7 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method and the processing time of your payment provider.
